XBODY EMS TRAINING


No time? No problem. Twenty minutes a day, two times a week is all you need to achieve your fitness goals.

Fitness has never been a one size fits all solution. We all have different challenges and different reasons for taking on those challenges. Whether you want to be faster and stronger, overcome injury, lose some unwanted weight, or just tone and firm up, XBODY EMS training can help you reach those goals. XBODY's technology is based on a cutting edge whole body electro muscle stimulation training system. This advanced form of training has been adapted worldwide. From indoor Boot Camps, outdoor Body Blasts, XBody to Group Yoga classes on the patio top, our goal is to show you different and creative ways to stay fit and have fun doing it.
