Since 2008, Lucid Health and Fitness has been providing personalized health and fitness solutions to suit a wide range of client needs. Our goal has always been to work with our clients to improve their overall health and wellness; while tailoring each program to adhere to their specific needs and challanges. Lucid Health and Fitness also offers unique and innovative ways to have fun while staying fit. Some of these exciting activities may include climbing the CN Tower, a mud obsticle coarse run, or a surprise training course challenge.


It is our humble endeavor to help all of our clients achieve their individual goals. To help accomplish this, we  provide our constant support, feedback, knowledge base and when necessary, offer alternative suggestions.

XBody EMS

Electro Muscle Stimulation (EMS) has been used for many years by physiotherapists for muscle rehabilitation. EMS is the elicitation of muscle contractions using electric impulses, and is used to strengthen, condition and tone your muscles.

Personal Training

One on one personal training sessions designed specifically with your target in mind. It includes a full assessment of your current physical condition, taking in to account any injuries, before tailoring your personal program to target your goals.

Group Classes

Lucid Fitness also has several types of group fitness classes regularly. From body blast boot camp to yoga, there is something for everyone, and all fitness levels. Our group classes are designed to encourage one another, and have fun while staying fit.

Nutrition

No fitness program can be complete without a proper nutrition program to provide the body the energy and nutrients it needs to respond to the training it is receiving. Don't worry, there are a lot of fun foods you can eat and still be true to your health.
