WHAT IS EMS TRAINING?

EMS stands for Electrical Muscle Stimulation. In this form of training, a specially designed lightweight vest from XBODY is placed on the user in training. Electrodes from the vest are strategically placed on the skin, in direct proximity to the targeted muscle group. This will elicit the muscles to contract through a series of mild electric impulses while the user performs a series of structured movements and exercises designed to maximize stimulation to the same targeted muscle groups, and effectively intensify its training in a relatively shorter period of time.
