Body analysis

A body analysis consists of an overall fitness check up. This may include body mass analysis, range of motion and overall flexability, posture control, strengths and weaknesses in order to set a personal specialized program.

Customized nutrition plan

Nutrition consultation to evaluate your current program and develop a personalized new plan finalized to reach your goal. (Include a food supplement schedule) 12 weeks program or Single consultation.

Personal training

This gives clients the opportunity to train one on one at the Lucid Fitness studio, at your gym or at home, when and where you want. Each Lucid Fitness client will have a customized training program designed to reach their target goals.

Group training programs

At Lucid Fitness, you can also take part in our group exercise programs that will allow you to train with a friend, or group of friends as you support each other in reaching your fitness goals in a positive class atmosphere.

XBody EMS

Electrical Muscle Stimulation (EMS) is the elicitation of muscle contractions using electric impulses. This form of training tool is used conditioning and strenghtening healthy muscles. The impulses are generated by an EMS device and delivered through electrodes carefully positioned on the skin directly above the muscles to be stimulated. Through a series of specially designed movements, the muscles are stimulated simultaneously at a higher rate to intensify your workout experience. In 20 minutes, your muscles will experience a workout that will usually take an hour or more to achieve.

Strength/Resistance Training

Strength training has significant functional benefits. It's been known to improve overall health and motion. Over the years, people have come to realize the importance of strength, or resistance training. It has been known to increased bone, muscle, tendon and ligament strength and toughness. It will also improve joint function and reduced potential for injury. It has been recommended for adults for increasing bone density, metabolism, overall fitness and cardiac function, and in elevating HDL (or good) cholesterol. A properly structured program will assist in strength and weightloss goals.

Cardiovascular/Circulatory training

When creating a training program, regardless of your goals, it is important to always engage in a well balanced program. A program that consist of equal parts strength, (or resistance training), as well as cardiovascular training, (or cardio for short). This allows for a healthy and efficient heart, lungs, and circulatory system, all the key functions needed to maintain a proper training program and a healthy life. Essentially, when these things run effiently, everything runs efficiently, improving your quality of life, and overall health and wellness.

For your EMS, One on One Training, Bootcamp, or specialty program, please register here, online. Try to arrive 10 minutes before every class to allow time to change, talk to other participants and instructor about any concerns or injuries you may have, and get settled in. YOGA CLASSES


Body, Mind and Spirit

Yoga is a meditative means of discovering your conscious and subconscious healing powers, promoting relaxation and reducing stress. It is a low impact activity that can provide the same benefits of a high impact, strength training program. It is known to reduce stress, increase flexibility and overall range of motion, and improve strength, toning and overall health. In adults, it helps to reduce symptoms of asthma, and is beneficial to those with heart disease, high blood-pressure, lower back pain, and other physical injuries.

The following terms and conditions relate to purchases made through PAYPAL Online. By using our website and making online purchases you agree to all terms and conditions.


     1. All passes are non-transferable.
     2. All prices are in Canadian dollars. (CAD)
     3. Class packages are good at lucid Health & Fitness only and cannot be used at any other Studio.
     4. There are no expiry dates on class cards.


All services purchased from Lucid Health & Fitness must be preceded by the applicant acknowledging, by way of completing a waiver form, that he/she has no physical limitations preventing him/her from participation. All applicants under the age of 18 years must have consent, in written form, from a parent or guardian.


The applicant agrees to abide by the rules and regulations of the studio. Lucid Health & Fitness also reserves the right to alter the terms and conditions and prices at our discretion. If we make any significant change to this policy, we will provide notice of the changes on this website.


Furthermore, all applicants release Lucid Health & Fitness, its owners, directors, managers and all employees of all liability regarding 1) any injury to self or child 2) any loss or damage to personal property. If purchasing packages that require payments to be made in installments, the applicant agrees to approve such installments be made by credit card on the dates as predetermined in the services contract.
